The Crow's Nest is a modern riverside apartment situated in central Woodbridge on the banks of the river Deben beside Robertson's Boatyard - the oldest working boatyard on the river.
Accommodation: The Crow's Nest can be let as a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment sleeping a maximum of six. It comprises a large open-plan living room, three double bedrooms and three bathrooms ranged over two floors.
The apartment is approached by an outside staircase to the front door opening into an entrance hall with a cupboard for coats, boots etc. This leads into the Hall and which in turn takes you into a spacious, comfortable living room with dining area and an integrated fully-equipped kitchen.
Large triple glazed doors affording beautiful views across the river shed glorious light into this room; they open onto a balcony which is so peaceful it is sometimes hard to believe it is in central Woodbridge. This is a great place from which to sit and gaze and watch the river-life go by. It is a treat for anyone who enjoys boats, birds, water and wildlife but wants the luxury of being able to walk into town as well.
On this, the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, one opposite the family bathroom and one with en suite. Upstairs on the second floor is a further double bedroom with en-suite and this room has glorious views from its own secluded balcony.

Woodbridge is an attractive, busy, working riverside market town with a history of boat building. In the centre are to be found many independent shops, boutiques, restaurants to satisfy all tastes and pockets, bars, antique shops, arts galleries etc. For anyone interested in history a visit to the Shire Hall on the Market Hill and the nearby small Woodbridge Museum would be worthwhile. There is also a market every Thursday morning in the town centre on the Market Hill.

The Crow's Nest is in the unique position of being a 5-minute walk from the town centre and yet enjoys the peace and tranquility of a riverside location. There is also ample off-road parking for two cars immediately outside the apartment and further parking in Robertson's parking spaces.
A footpath passes by the apartment and meanders in one direction along the course of the river through Woodbridge towards Felixstowe. In the other direction it takes you out of Woodbridge and into the countryside of woodland and fields towards Ufford and Rendlesham. This is a good area for walkers and cyclists.
On a practical note, road access to Woodbridge is via the A12 and A14 but we are also served by a regular rail spur from Ipswich and the Station is a mere five minute walk or very short taxi ride.
